Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data leader to embed with design & product teams, shaping AI-powered digital products for customers and business users. You will originate use cases, prioritize impact, and drive production-grade AI solutions across data foundations.

Role requires hands-on delivery on enterprise AI platforms and strong program management, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI creates measurable business value before a brief exists.
• Differentiate through a product-led approach linking AI depth with product strategy.
• Bring fluency in the design-to-product pipeline from insight to production.
• Design and build AI systems end to end: RAG, agentic orchestration, prompt & context engineering.
• Select the right model and approach: frontier-model selection; cost, latency, accuracy, and compliance tradeoffs.
• Activate AI within the client’s enterprise data platforms using data-gravity patterns.
• Build AI-powered digital products and experiences full-stack with production accountability.
• Deploy responsibly to production: MLOps, model serving, security, cost/latency discipline.
