Qualifications
- 10+ years leading transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
- Experience using AI, automation, analytics to modernize Finance processes.
- Strong SQL and Python capabilities to prototype and solve business problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Lead Finance transformation and AI initiatives across Finance and Revenue Management capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior Finance and business leaders to translate challenges into scalable solutions.
- Prototype analytics, AI, and automation solutions using modern technologies.
- Define solution requirements and partner with Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Automation teams.
- Shape transformation roadmap, business cases, and investment justification.
- Drive projects from idea through design, implementation, adoption, and measurement.
