ADP is seeking a Director of Finance Transformation & AI to drive strategic finance initiatives across HRO. You will lead high‑impact analyses, prototype AI and GenAI solutions, and shape new analytics and decision capabilities that transform how Finance teams operate.

• Experience leading transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable insights and strategies.
• Strong stakeholder influence and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead analyses on customer targeting, pricing, profitability, and investment economics.
• Build next‑gen Finance and Revenue Management capabilities including planning, forecasting, and analytics.
• Identify processes that can be redesigned using AI, automation, and modern technologies.
• Prototype analytics, AI and GenAI solutions; work with SQL, Python, and APIs to turn ideas into testable solutions.
• Translate emerging technology opportunities into practical applications for Finance and Revenue Management.
• Define solution requirements and guide production‑ready capabilities with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and socialize the transformation roadmap with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Measure value and impact, refining capabilities to scale across the organization.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Technology to move concepts to production.
