Job summary
Medtronic plc is seeking a Prin AI & Digital Finance Transformation Engineer to lead AI-enabled analytics, reporting, and automation for Finance. This on-site role in Minneapolis/Fridley pairs technical leadership with data engineering and finance domain expertise to deliver enterprise solutions leveraging Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.
The role requires 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 8+ years, strong SQL/Python, and cloud-based analytics expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Finance Systems/Analytics or related digital transformation field.
- Advanced SQL and Python development for data pipelines and analytics.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, and deployment of AI-driven analytics, reporting, and automation for Finance.
- Design scalable data platforms using ML, predictive analytics, and automation technologies.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Establish data governance & security standards across finance data environments.
