Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Manager to drive AI-enabled finance transformation projects in a global enterprise context. You will lead delivery, translate client needs into functional AI designs, and mentor teams across engagements.

As part of Finance Transformation, you will collaborate with stakeholders, define technical scope, and guide architecture decisions. This role emphasizes leadership, client impact, and cross-functional delivery in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience, Python or similar.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience delivering production-grade AI-driven solutions.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience using Python and SQL to develop analytics on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience architecting generative AI across infra, model, and app with major platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure; GPT-4o/Claude/Llama; ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini).
• Experience working with finance data in planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, profitability, or cost allocations.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development and deployment with day-to-day client relationships.
• Bridge between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Lead engagements within larger programs to implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate design requirements into build specs and provide guidance.
• Translate business needs into AI-related design requirements.
• Engage clients to identify high-impact AI use cases and provide design guidance.
• Perform assessments to inform solution architecture and design decisions.
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery plans; manage architecture execution.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and mentor team members.
