Rivian is seeking a Recruiter for the Service and Sales organization to act as a talent advisor and bridge between Rivian’s high-touch Service teams and evolving Sales and Customer operations.

You will build a data-driven recruiting engine, refine success profiles, and use AI-assisted sourcing to expand our commercial footprint. This role targets the top 1% of talent in the industry to fuel Rivian’s growth.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven success owning complex searches, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping strategy for roles.
• Experience using funnel metrics (pass-through rates, time-to-fill) to diagnose bottlenecks.

Aufgaben

• Act as a partner to leaders across Commercial, turning headcount plans into prioritized hiring strategies and clear success profiles.
• Provide market and compensation insights for commercial talent to influence recruiting strategy and decisions.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions, mapping competencies to interview plans and coaching managers on evidence-based evaluation.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles—from initial brief and sourcing strategy to offer, close, and handoff.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing plans (direct outreach, referrals, and AI-enabled search) to generate pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles and locations.
• Facilitate debriefs and drive structured decision-making, ensuring a clear documentation of rationale and tradeoffs for every hire.
• Identify and remove process friction in the recruiter journey, simplifying scheduling and feedback loops to protect candidate experience.
• Leverage AI and ATS to automate manual tasks without eroding candidate quality or experience.
