Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Recruiter for the Sales organization to act as a talent advisor and bridge between Rivian’s Service teams and evolving Sales and Customer operations. You will build a data-driven recruiting engine, focus on high-velocity hiring, and leverage AI-assisted sourcing to expand Rivian’s commercial footprint.

This 6-month contract role offers remote flexibility with in-person options based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth environments.
• Strong experience in Automotive Service, Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial operations.
• Proven ability to own complex searches and influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated talent mapping and long-term nurture for passive talent.
• Experience using funnel metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and guide decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS and AI-enabled sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to turn headcount plans into prioritized hiring strategies and clear success profiles.
• Provide market and compensation insights for commercial talent to influence recruiting strategy.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions, mapping competencies to interview plans and coaching managers on evidence-based evaluation.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles—from brief and sourcing strategy to offer and handoff.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing plans (direct outreach, referrals, AI-enabled search) to build pipelines for hard-to-fill commercial roles and locations.
• Facilitate debriefs and drive structured decision-making with documented rationale for hires.
• Identify and remove process friction in the recruiter journey and protect candidate experience.
• Leverage AI and ATS to automate tasks without eroding candidate quality.
• Ensure every candidate has a clear, respectful, and timely journey as Rivian brand ambassadors.
