• Familiar with proposal platforms like BuildingConnected, SmartBid, grants.gov.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposal development for construction bids and grant opportunities.
• Analyze RFPs and grant solicitations using AI to summarize requirements.
• Draft and refine technical content including scope narratives and compliance responses.
• Track deadlines and manage submission calendars across multiple portals.
