Job summary

AmeriSOURCE Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a 150+ person federal program across Reston, VA and DC-area client sites. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all workstreams, directing delivery teams and coordinating with agency leadership and COR.

You will champion AI-augmented delivery, implement EVM, and provide executive reporting on risk, cost, and performance as the program transitions across contract phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience with 150+ person federal programs.
• Experience with federal IT modernization and EVM.
• Experience with staffing, onboarding, badging, and subcontractor management.
• Experience managing contractual compliance and deliverable acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Own program-level scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all program workstreams.
• Serve as the primary contact for client executives, COR, and contracting officers.
• Direct a matrixed org of 150+ staff across development, security, data, BA, and DevSecOps.
• Lead Phase 2 staffing ramp, including hiring plans and subcontractor management.
• Establish and manage program governance and reporting (EVM, financials, exec briefings).
• Manage program risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Ensure contract compliance and deliverable acceptance.
• Champion AI-augmented delivery across the SDLC.
• Partner with architects to align roadmaps, funding, and staffing.
• Foster accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple teams.
• Provide executive-level status, financial, risk, and performance reporting.
• Support transition to new contract phases and initiatives.
