Job summary

SCI Summit Consulting, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead AI initiatives from intake to adoption, shaping governance and operating models. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, product, and shared services, ensuring timely delivery and clear stakeholder communications.

You will own discovery, requirements, and high-quality documentation, with escalation of risks and executive-ready updates. The role requires on-site work four days a week with one remote day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management, product operations, business analysis, transformation, AI, automation, or related roles.
• Experience supporting AI, data, automation, or technology-driven initiatives.
• Ability to shape governance frameworks and cross-functional decision forums.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Surface, track, and move AI initiatives from intake through adoption.
• Shape operating model and standards for AI initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across IT, business, engineering, architecture, and shared service partners.
• Improve operating model to scale the AI program.
• Lead end-to-end discovery and requirements for AI and automation.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation and runbooks.
• Prepare decision-ready materials for leadership reviews and governance.
• Escalate risks with actionable recommendations and provide senior-level analysis.
• Role expects on-site presence four days a week with one remote day; core in-office Tue-Thu.
