Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, complex programs across multiple sites, coordinating stakeholders and budgets in a fast-paced safety-science environment.

You will guide governance, drive process improvements, and deploy automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity and strategic outcomes. A strong leadership track record and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executive-level reporting experience.
• Proven ability to lead integrated cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Strong strategic and tactical planning for technology and people resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex programs with multiple teams and sites.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams; manage governance and budgets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and drive excellence.
• Evaluate and deploy automation, AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communications across the organization.
• Coordinate interdependencies and manage resources across projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field

MBA or equivalent advanced degree

PMP and/or Agile certifications
