Job summary

The NBA is seeking a Senior Manager for Business Operations supporting Facilities & Administration across New York and New Jersey. The role will help develop tools, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to implement department initiatives and strategic priorities.

Partnering with Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Security, and other teams, you will manage procurement, budgeting, and project coordination while ensuring timely execution and governance across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/ops or related field.
• 3–5 years in business operations, procurement, facilities, or related.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Experience implementing tech-enabled tools and dashboards.
• PM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of technology-enabled and AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and reporting routines to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Translate operating plans into organized workplans, roadmaps, milestones, and procurement forecasts.
• Own procurement planning, documentation, and contract coordination across departments and vendors.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and vendor invoice reconciliation for facilities and capital planning.
• Maintain Procore-based project document management and governance.
