Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise technology initiatives and digital transformation within complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, and document specifications.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, test, and implement technology solutions translating business needs into technical deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional technology and business transformation initiatives with plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications.
• Evaluate workflows and implement technology-driven improvements to productivity and scalability.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline documentation, analysis, testing, and project management.
• Support solution adoption through training, communications, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support.
