Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CRO organization, including the VP, Global Solution Architects and the VP, High Velocity Sales & Sales Development. The role focuses on calendar management, travel, events, and coordination to keep leaders focused on delivering value to customers.

You will partner with Recruiting, finance, and operations, using AI tools to streamline tasks, validate outputs, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or VP–level executives in a technology company.
• Ability to learn working styles and business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones for two leaders.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights and logistics.
• Plan off-sites and team events, handling reservations and payments.
• Support recruiting and onboarding logistics for the CRO team.
• Prepare monthly expense reports and ensure accuracy.
