Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation of ES operations, design/build AI agents, reporting, and set design standards.
• Establish governance and SLAs for AI tool changes and data handling.
• Own and maintain internal data, ensuring accuracy and integration with reporting.
• Produce monthly status reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
• Manage data lifecycle, migration, retention, audit, and SharePoint governance.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with HRBPs, talent leads and principal.
• Pilot emerging AI/automation tools and evaluate build-vs-buy paths.
