Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver scientific programs that enhance employee experiences with plans, schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate dependencies among AI/ML teams, PMs, data scientists, economists, and business stakeholders.
• Provide executive visibility, monitor progress, and develop contingency plans.
• Drive overall strategy and coordinate teams inside and outside the organization to deliver results.
• Mentor junior Technical Program Managers with feedback and guidance.
