Qualifications

• Experience cross-functionally guiding decisions among stakeholders with competing goals.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering engagements end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Shape strategy with sales, solution architects, and engineering to maximize impact.
• Drive AI-powered solutions and reusable patterns across customers.
• Manage programs across cross-functional teams and release schedules.
• Mentor engineers and program managers while maintaining technical ownership.
