The role requires strong communication, ownership, and a track record of delivering results in a global organization. You will influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and manage cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and end-to-end execution of strategic people initiatives across AWS Support PXT.
• Experiment with and leverage AI tools to enhance people processes.
• Drive talent management and development initiatives across AWS Support.
• Own and drive the PXT business rhythm including planning cycles and reviews.
• Act as the central nervous system for the Support PXT team.
• Identify and remove process roadblocks and drive improvements.
• Lead written narratives to disseminate impact to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement processes across geographically distributed teams.
