You will own and maintain product training and developer content, translating platform updates into accurate learning materials for merchants, partners, and internal teams. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in tech with focus on technical writing, instructional design, product training or developer education.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and local development; able to run sites with Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Experience with ecommerce tools including SaaS, headless storefronts, POS, PIM, OMS, ERP and payment gateways.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex topics clearly.
• Proactive collaborator across global, matrixed teams; able to manage multiple content projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Commerce product training and technical content with each release.
• Translate platform changes into accurate, engaging learning content across courses.
• Produce product and developer-focused video content, including scripting and screen recordings.
• Apply AI tools and adult learning best practices to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Deliver customized virtual and in-person training for merchants, partners, and internal teams.
• Scope training needs with stakeholders and advise on personalized training solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Account Management, and Marketing.
• Manage training plans and scheduling; understand Commerce platform features and ecosystem.
