Job summary

Commerce seeks an Enterprise Training Manager, Technical Content to own and maintain product training and developer content across platform releases. You will deliver customized training for enterprise merchants, agency partners, and internal teams, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, adopt adult learning best practices, and support a broad developer ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of combined experience in the technology industry with a focus on technical writing, instructional design, product training, developer education, or similar roles.
• Working knowledge of GitHub and local development practices; able to run and modify a site locally using popular frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
• Experience with ecommerce tools and applications, including SaaS and open source storefronts, headless implementations, POS, PIM, OMS, ERP, and payment gateways.
• Solid technical foundation: comfortable with APIs and able to run API requests given API docs or a Postman library; familiar with front-end development tools and at ease with HTML/CSS/JS.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product training and developer content aligned to platform releases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to translate changes into engaging learning content across formats.
• Produce video content including scripting, narration, and screen recordings for new features and common questions.
