Job summary

Juul Labs seeks an Enterprise Systems Engineer to own AI-enabled enterprise integrations across Workday, ERP, and CRM. You will design and operate data pipelines, leveraging Claude, Gemini, and Cursor to drive integration velocity and quality.

This role builds an autonomous integration layer rather than simple connectivity. You will lead Workday and ERP implementations with AI-augmented methods, craft UAT materials, and deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 enterprise-scale HCM or ERP implementations or migrations.
• Demonstrated adoption of AI tools to redesign delivery workflows around LLM capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical work across Workday and ERP ecosystems to ensure data integrity.
• Pilot and scale AI use cases across Enterprise Systems, improving internal operations.
• Develop and maintain AI-augmented workflows and integration scripts.
