Job summary

Juul Labs, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer who will architect and operate AI-enabled enterprise systems across Workday, ERP, and CRM landscapes.

You will own data pipelines, automated documentation, and intelligent agentic workflows that improve integration velocity and data quality. The role emphasizes leading large-scale HCM/ERP implementations, building autonomous connectors, and driving system stability using Claude, Gemini, and Cursor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in Systems Engineering, Integration Development, or ERP/HCM implementation
• Must have personally executed at least two enterprise-scale HCM or ERP implementations or global system migrations.
• Demonstrated track record of adopting AI tools to change how work gets done
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with data analysis and large datasets
• Ability to deconstruct complex business rules into executable code
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as cross-functional technical expert across Workday and ERP ecosystems.
• Identify, pilot, and scale low-friction AI use cases across Enterprise Systems.
• Lead Workday and ERP implementations using AI-augmented methodologies from requirements to post go-live support.
• Leverage Cursor with LLM-pair programming to speed integration builds.
• Generate and maintain UAT test scripts and data migration mappings using AI tooling.
• Draft high-fidelity technical documentation with AI-assisted drafts.
• Lead Source-to-Target migration workstreams and execute ETL processes for legacy data.
• Develop AI-augmented workflows for compliance monitoring and data reconciliation.
• Identify architectural weaknesses and improve platform stability.
