Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including configuration and deployment preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on Workday integration development using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors preferred.
• Proven experience with Workday Illuminate features, including AI agents, widgets, and orchestrations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of AI agents such as Recruiter Agent and Performance Review Agent.
• Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents using Workday’s low-code/no-code tools.
• Monitor usage analytics and optimize conversational flows for accuracy and efficiency.
