Job summary

Juul Labs is seeking an Enterprise Systems Engineer to lead AI-driven Workday and ERP implementations, building an autonomous integration layer across HCM, ERP, and CRM. You will leverage Claude, Gemini, and Cursor to accelerate development, improve data quality, and automate complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in Systems Engineering, Integration Development, or ERP/HCM implementation.
• Must have personally executed at least two enterprise-scale HCM or ERP implementations or global system migrations.
• Demonstrated track record of adopting AI tools to change how work gets done – redesigning delivery workflows around LLM capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday and ERP implementations using AI-augmented methodologies from requirements extraction to post go-live support.
• Pilot and scale AI use cases across Enterprise Systems, including process streamlining.
• Develop and maintain AI-augmented workflows and automated documentation within Juul Labs’ ecosystem.
• Own ETL processes for massive data migrations, ensuring clean, mapped legacy data into modern environments.
