Job summary

LightLeap AI, an N2N Services company, is hiring a full-time implementation engineer. You will deploy and configure our platform inside customer environments, coordinating with IT leaders to ensure the solution works with Banner, PeopleSoft, Workday, and Anthology.

You’ll write real code for integrations, migrations, and fixes, own the technical relationship from kickoff through go-live, and handle hard conversations about timelines and requirements. Onsite in Duluth, GA with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or delivery on enterprise software.
• Must use AI tools daily in your own work, not as a curiosity.
• Experience in higher education implementations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure our platform inside customer environments (Banner, PeopleSoft, Workday, Anthology).
• Write real code: integrations, migrations, fixes.
• Own the technical relationship with institutions from kickoff to go-live.
• Lead tough conversations about missed dates and evolving requirements.
• Ensure smooth handoffs to following teams.
