Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in continuous improvement, automation leadership, or transformation roles.
- Proven success in process redesign with measurable performance gains.
- Hands-on experience with notable automation tools listed above.
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation and emerging technologies.
- Experience working in high-growth tech/SaaS/fintech or regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma or similar.
- Map current-state processes across key business functions.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and scalability constraints.
- Redesign workflows to improve cycle time, quality, cost, and compliance.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards; drive continuous improvement culture.
- Oversee automation projects from discovery to deployment with governance.
