Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Process Transformation Consultant to identify, design, build, and implement AI-enabled business solutions within a large enterprise. You will map processes, ideate opportunities, prototype solutions, and partner with IT to transition successful concepts into production.

The role emphasizes business process mapping, solution design, prototyping, and stakeholder facilitation, not pure development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of AI, ML, or data science experience.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions from concept to deployment.
• Programming experience in Python for AI development and prototyping.
• Experience with ML model development and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS) supporting AI, ML, data processing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI Portfolio & Product Lead to evaluate and deliver AI opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to identify AI, automation, and workflow opportunities.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows and MVPs.
• Configure, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using approved tools.
• Lead pilots, coordinate with vendors, track risks and measure adoption.
• Create reusable templates and training materials for repeatable AI delivery.
