• Provide strategic leadership for The Hartford Learning Academy, including governance and enterprise-wide upskilling opportunities.
• Translate business needs into high-impact enterprise learning and performance solutions.
• Collaborate with Talent, HR Learning, and business-unit training groups to align solutions.
• Use data and insights to measure impact, inform priorities, and optimize resources.
