Confidential is seeking a seasoned Lead Java Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer to drive enterprise Java applications from conception through deployment, working closely with customers, product teams, and engineering groups to design, customize, and optimize mission-critical solutions.

The role blends hands-on development with solution architecture and client engagement, including deploying Devin AI across teams, building POCs, and delivering production-grade software using AI-assisted

Qualifications

Hands-on Java development experience.
Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
Experience with Devin AI for software development workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise Java applications.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using modern Java technologies.
Develop and maintain microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
Work directly with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Deploy, configure, and operationalize Devin AI across software engineering teams.
Build POCs, prototypes, and production-grade applications using AI-assisted development methodologies.
