Job summary

Valence is hiring for a customer marketing leader to turn our Fortune 500 install base into a powerful growth asset. You’ll own the customer advocacy engine, develop case studies, manage speaking programs, and deliver proof points that translate momentum into pipeline for the commercial team.

You will work with senior enterprise executives, craft compelling narratives, and collaborate across GTM and technical teams in an AI-first environment that rewards ownership and high-impact storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing, advocacy, lifecycle, or product marketing.
• Portfolio of published case studies or testimonials carries weight.
• Executive presence with VP/C-suite relationships.

Responsibilities

• Produce case studies, video testimonials, and speaking opportunities with Fortune 500 clients.
• Surface customer voices for press, analyst, and content moments with sales alignment.
• Translate messaging into sharp customer storytelling and proof points.
• Equip the commercial team with proof points by use case, industry, and persona.
• Prep customers for speaking engagements across in-person and virtual events.
• Develop executive roundtables and dinners to deepen strategic relationships.
• Build a peer-to-peer community among Nadia champions across the install base.
