Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte LLP in New York seeks a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives modernizing the technology ecosystem and supporting AI-driven transformation. You will partner with technology, business, and executive stakeholders to develop delivery plans, communicate risks and value, and align cross-functional teams.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery across software, data, integrations, and AI deployments, maintain governance and audit readiness, and present dashboards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Progressive project/program management experience.
Experience in law firm, consulting, or professional services preferred.
Ability to manage complex software development and system integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-scale tech, digital, and AI programs and own end-to-end delivery and governance.
Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, quality, and cross-team dependencies.
Translate complex business objectives into actionable roadmaps and outcomes.
Establish governance, risk mitigation, and executive reporting structures.
