Qualifications

• 10+ years in data, analytics, BI and AI/ML.
• 2+ years enabling enterprises to leverage data to accelerate AI adoption.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise analytics with measurable business impact.
• Technical depth in modern data architecture — cloud platforms, semantic modeling, ETL/ELT, and BI tooling.
• Applied AI experience with agent development, orchestration, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BI/AI strategy with KPIs linked to revenue and customer experience across enterprise functions.
• Build AI/ML Center of Excellence with scalable assets and delivery models.
• Champion adoption and executive stakeholder alignment for an AI-native organization.
• Lead global cross-functional partnerships to drive data governance and AI initiatives.
• Oversee governance, lifecycle management, and responsible AI standards across data products.
