Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in engineering, including real-time teams that shipped and operated production systems.
• Demonstrable AI-native leadership; ability to operate with AI at 10x and raise the bar for the team.
• Genuine technical depth in systems, ML, or both; capable of guiding hard technical decisions.
• Proven track record hiring, growing engineers and data scientists, and delivering production-grade work.

Responsibilities

• Own your team’s outcomes end to end: delivery, production health, and team growth.
• Set technical and cultural direction with lead engineers and maintain hiring standards.
• Create clarity and plans when paths are undefined and ensure shipped products meet production bar.
• Attract and develop top engineers; uphold quality and accountability in delivery.
