Job summary

OPSWAT is assembling a founding team to build high-throughput, AI-native services that inspect live traffic and analyze TLS with near-zero latency. You will own capabilities from design to production, shipping robust, observable systems.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years building and operating production services and front ends.
• Experience owning end-to-end systems and being responsible for live production.
• Hands-on TLS/MITM inspection and security-sensitive edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Own capability from rough idea to production and maintain latency/reliability targets.
• Lead a functional area end-to-end, set technical direction and drive alignment across engineers.
• Ensure production behavior matches designed parameters and monitor for real-world failures.
