Job summary

Articore is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead a substantial portion of the Engineering organization, including managers and ICs, across multiple teams. You will set delivery standards, balance near-term product needs with long-term technical investment, and directly oversee the Dashery team as its hands‑on Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managers.
• Marketplace experience building or scaling a two-sided marketplace.
• Strong technical background for code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Experience operating across Australia, the US and India with async communication.
• Current AI-first practice: driving agentic AI tooling in production engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team engineering organization and the Dashery team directly.
• Set sprint discipline, groom backlog, and align delivery with roadmaps and business needs.
• Partner with senior engineers and product leaders to coordinate cross-functional work.
