Job summary

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Design Engineering Manager to lead our AI-Assisted Design Engineering team. This role will lead and develop a growing team of engineers focused on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies to accelerate semiconductor design, verification, and product development.

The ideal candidate will blend technical leadership with mentoring, guide engineers through complex challenges, and help shape engineering strategy and AI-enabled design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in EE, EECS, or related field.
• 2 to 5+ years of analog, mixed-signal, or semiconductor design experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering projects, mentoring junior engineers, or serving in technical leadership.
• Proven ability to influence and guide others through collaboration, coaching, and technical expertise.
• Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and semiconductor device fundamentals.
