Job summary

Articore Group seeks a Director of Engineering to lead a significant portion of its Engineering organization, overseeing managers and individual contributors across multiple teams. You will set delivery standards, balance near-term product needs with long-term technical debt, and directly lead the Dashery team as its hands-on Engineering Manager while acting as a manager of managers.

You will drive AI-first practices, establish agentic tooling and automation, and collaborate with regional peers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including direct experience managing other managers.
• Marketplace and scale experience across two-sided platforms is a plus.
• Hands-on technical background to contribute to architecture and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team engineering organization and manage managers and ICs to meet shared objectives.
• Own delivery for the Dashery team, setting discipline and maintaining a groomed backlog.
• Develop technical strategy and enforce AI-first engineering standards across the org.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Exec stakeholders to align roadmaps and budgets.
