Job summary

Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Design Engineering Manager to lead our AI-Assisted Design Engineering team. This role will lead and develop a growing team of engineers focused on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technologies to accelerate semiconductor design, verification, and product development.

This role is ideal for an emerging engineering leader with who is passionate about mentoring others, driving innovation, and helping build next-generation engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EE/EECS or related field.
• 2–5+ years of analog/mixed-signal or semiconductor design experience.
• Experience leading engineering projects and mentoring staff.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AI-assisted design engineering team.
• Guide engineers through complex design challenges.
