Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting.
• Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related function preferred.
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to stakeholder success.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver reporting and analyses using CRM reports, Power BI dashboards, and AI-powered agents.
• Support business development through prospect research, conference materials, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Review, qualify, and route inbound website leads to appropriate Relationship Managers.
• Prepare and coordinate client proposals, contracts, and NDAs.
• Prepare and manage SaaS subscription and service retainer invoices.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and support testing of system enhancements and releases.
• Drive adoption of CRM capabilities across teams.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs across Chatham teams.
• Manage inbound support requests, deliver training, and drive process improvements.
• Provide global support to Relationship Managers across US offices, London, Amsterdam, etc.
