Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in financial services or consulting, with experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related function preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and dashboards (Power BI preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Revenue Operations: develop CRM reports, Power BI dashboards, and AI-powered insights.
• Sales Enablement: support business development with prospect research and marketing materials.
• Lead Routing: review, qualify, and route inbound leads to Relationship Managers.
• Contracting Lifecycle: prepare proposals, contracts, and NDAs.
• Invoicing: manage SaaS subscriptions and service retainers invoicing.
• CRM Functionality: maintain data integrity and test system enhancements.
• RFP Management: coordinate responses across teams.
• Stakeholder Management: train and support Relationship Managers and advisory teams.
