Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Engagement Manager to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of defined solution scope and desired business outcomes. You will lead the delivery team, manage governance, timelines, and risks, and collaborate with customers and partners to align value and outcomes.

You will apply the Now Create methodology and guide teams toward long-term customer success, serving as the single point of contact and driving multi-project programs across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions, or workflows.
• 15 years progressive experience in a professional services org.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Creative, energetic, entrepreneurial spirit; able to drive initiatives independently.
• Proven track record resolving complex issues.
• Collaborative, cross-functional work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ServiceNow certification in aligned workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery team across the engagement, often with a services partner.
• Governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials.
• Collaborate with Sales, partner and customer to understand business challenges and value.
• Align deliverables with customer objectives and business outcomes.
• Apply Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance to drive delivery and customer success.
• Act as single point of contact to enable collaboration and buy-in.
• Coach and mentor Customer Outcomes and Partner teams on deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects with large, complex programs.
