ServiceNow is seeking a Program Director (EM) to lead Expert Service engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with customer outcomes. You will govern complex programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive rapid decision-making while mentoring managers and collaborating with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 15 years progressive experience in a professional services organization.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Creative, high energy, entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable running initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Expert Service engagements to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Develop plans addressing risks, issues and escalations; drive issue resolution.
• Mentor and lead Senior/Principal Engagement Managers in large programs.
• Guide governance, timelines, scope, risks, and financials of engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, partner and customer to understand business challenges and value.
• Act as a thought leader using Now Create methodology for long-term customer success.
• Support business development for multi-million-dollar engagements.
