Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery from concept through launch and adoption.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud.
• Applied AI experience with large language models, retrieval, or similar patterns.
• Experience designing automated testing and evaluation for probabilistic systems.
• Telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response, and performance improvement.
• Experience working with users, designers, and product leaders to inform decisions.
• Clear specifications, maintainable code, and thoughtful trade-offs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

• Start with the user by working directly with users and domain experts to understand workflows and identify AI value.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specs, prototypes, and small releases to gather evidence.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, AI behavior, and enterprise integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, and structured outputs.
• Build an evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations for usefulness, correctness, safety, and accessibility.
• Instrument user journeys to relate adoption and task success to system behavior, latency, failures, and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with permissions, secure data handling, and graceful degradation.
• Own production quality by releasing incrementally, monitoring live behavior, and turning failures into improvements.
• Make practical trade-offs between experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Contribute reusable patterns and components to the broader platform and product workflow.
