Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Advisor in Mahwah, NJ to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint. The role blends consultative selling with data-driven insights, CRM usage, and AI-powered tools to deliver tailored benefits solutions.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in client-facing sales or business development in the insurance space; Life & Health license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role; insurance industry preferred.
• 2+ years of employee benefits experience in an agency/broker setting.
• Life & Health License preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand qualified pipeline; convert leads to revenue-generating opportunities; meet or exceed quota.
• Develop and execute growth plans using data-driven insights and AI tools.
• Provide consultative advisory to clients and manage relationships across multiple lines of business.
• Follow structured sales cadences for pipeline progression, forecasting, and deal management.
