We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Ecommerce Growth Intern to support our growing digital marketing team. You’ll get hands-on experience running real campaigns across email, SMS, paid, and organic channels — and you’ll be expected to bring an AI-first mindset to everything you do. This isn’t a coffee-and-copies internship; you’ll be doing real work that moves real numbers.
Pyxl is a remote-first digital and AI agency founded in 2008, serving growth-stage and enterprise organizations. Our work spans four connected practices: Growth Strategy & Performance, Ecommerce Growth, Experience & AI Interface Design, and Engineering & Applied AI.
We operate lean by design. AI accelerates research, analysis, production, documentation, and coordination; our people own judgment, creativity, client relationships, and results. We are also building Pyxl Intelligence, our proprietary AI operating layer, and applying what we learn to both our internal operations and client work.
Our team is distributed across the United States, with collaboration hubs in Nashville and Charleston. Every role has direct access to the people making decisions, clear ownership, and measurable expectations.
Show us what you should own here and be specific about the role, capability, or business outcome you are proposing.
