Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a visionary leader to head the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O practice across the United States and Canada. You will shape strategy, drive AI-enabled transformation, and oversee delivery, governance, and P&L for a growing enterprise services portfolio.

You will partner with sales and solution leaders to create recurring revenue, IP, and outcome-based offerings, while building high-performing teams and managing complex client engagements with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting or professional services organization.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations in enterprise transformation.
• Experience enabling AI-driven offerings and AI-enabled delivery economics.
• Proven record leading a large consulting practice and business unit.
• Strong financial acumen including revenue, margin, budgets, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the practice's strategy, direction, growth, and operational performance in the US and Canada.
• Define and execute AI-first roadmap across sales, implementation, and services.
• Develop industry IP, managed services, and recurring revenue models.
• Drive delivery excellence with governance, quality standards, and risk management.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, utilization, and project economics.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and succession plans.
• Strengthen strategic client relationships and executive sponsorship.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, delivery, finance, and global centers.
