Job summary

sa.global Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise Practice Director to lead the CE and F&O practice across the United States and Canada. You will shape AI-first transformation, set strategy, and drive delivery excellence, client outcomes, and recurring revenue.

You will build a high-performing team, align delivery and sales, and partner with executives to accelerate growth while ensuring responsible governance and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting or similar technology services environment.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O and AI-enabled transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large delivery organizations with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, direction, and performance of the CE + F&O Enterprise Practice.
• Set clear priorities, goals, and measurable outcomes for the practice.
• Lead AI-first transformation across selling, delivering, and value realization.
• Build and manage a high-performing team with accountability and ownership.
• Drive recurring revenue, industry IP, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with sales and solution leaders to market AI-enabled offerings.
• Maintain executive client relationships and ensure strong delivery outcomes.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and utilization.
