Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in research administration, technology integration, data and reporting, or business analysis.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications where allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational needs into practical digital solutions with emphasis on workflow automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Design, build, and maintain digital solutions to improve efficiency of research administration services.
• Develop workflow automations using Power Automate and other approved platforms.
• Create and test AI-enabled tools, configure agents, and ensure accuracy and usability.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to translate data into actionable service insights.
