Job summary
EUA seeks a Technology & AI Specialist to drive AI adoption, automation, and data-driven solutions while providing hands-on technology support for employees in Milwaukee. - Experience applying AI tools and workflows across enterprise platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with IT, data teams, and business units.
- Strong problem-solving and user-support skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AI tools and workflows.
- Develop AI agents, Copilot solutions, and workflow automations.
- Create training materials and user guidance for AI technologies.
- Assist with AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible use.
- Provide responsive technology support including hardware, software, and conferencing systems.
- Assist with onboarding, workstation setup, and IT ticket handling.
- Collaborate with consultants to maintain data integrations, pipelines, and automation.
- Support Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Power Platform, APIs, and related data platforms.
- Contribute to enterprise search solutions and knowledge repositories.
