Job summary

Autonomize AI is seeking a Healthcare Discovery Analyst to translate complex healthcare workflows into clear requirements and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with customers to map current processes, identify automation opportunities, and own requirements from discovery through delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Clinical SMEs, QA, Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams, using tools to document workflows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in healthcare business analysis, consulting, healthtech, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and payer processes.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and internal discovery sessions to understand objectives, workflows, pain points, rules, exceptions and success criteria.
• Translate findings into BRDs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and future-state workflows.
• Document client applications and data mappings for integration design.
• Decompose complex healthcare processes into automatable steps.
• Create process maps using tools like Mural, Lucidchart or Visio and drive questions to resolution.
• Identify where AI can improve workflows and propose human-in-the-loop steps.
